My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Matt. We were on the search for a house for a year already and working with another realtor. Through a mutual friend, we were introduced to Matt and he immediately got to work searching out our characteristics. We saw a few places together, but fell in love with something that seemed unattainable at the time. Every time he would show us a property, we would also ask about the other one and the possibility of getting it. After a few months, we received a phone call and Matt said, “I have a plan and think we might be able to get that place you love so much.” Well, it worked. It was a back and forth process, but he worked closely with the other agent and got us a great deal. He even did things he didn’t have to do, such as meeting a plumber and appliance delivery at our new house so we wouldn’t have to miss out on work. I keep waiting for another friend to buy a house and will absolutely stress that they use Matt.

We have been blessed to work with Matt two times. The first time was to purchase our home in Carlsbad, and the second time was to sell the home in Carlsbad to buy a lake front home in San Marcos, Neither transaction went smoothly due to the real estate climate at the time, but throughout both experiences, Matt was the calm pro in the face of my crazed hysteria! He kept a positive attitude and was encouraging throughout a very stressful time. He was always ready to provide reminders that it will all be worth it in the end when we find that perfect house, which we did! Thank you Matt, we are forever indebted to you, You work hard for your clients and we definitely appreciate that about you. You. Are. The. Best.
