    My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Matt. We were on the search for a house for a year already and working with another realtor. Through a mutual friend, we were introduced to Matt and he immediately got to work searching out our characteristics. We saw a few places together, but fell in love with something that seemed unattainable at the time. Every time he would show us a property, we would also ask about the other one and the possibility of getting it. After a few months, we received a phone call and Matt said, “I have a plan and think we might be able to get that place you love so much.” Well, it worked. It was a back and forth process, but he worked closely with the other agent and got us a great deal. He even did things he didn’t have to do, such as meeting a plumber and appliance delivery at our new house so we wouldn’t have to miss out on work. I keep waiting for another friend to buy a house and will absolutely stress that they use Matt.

The first time was to purchase our home in Carlsbad, and the second time was to sell the home in Carlsbad to buy a lake front home in San Marcos, Neither transaction went smoothly due to the real estate climate at the time, but throughout both experiences, Matt was the calm pro in the face of my crazed hysteria!     Matt understands houses, the real estate market, and how to market a home. We ended up selling our house for 30% more than what I originally thought it would sell for. Matt gave us great advice on what to do and what not to do when getting our home ready to sell. He helped us find contractors, assisted coordinating the work we had done, and was often rolling up his sleeves and pitching in when he saw something that needed doing. Matt kept things moving through all stages of our home sale. Matt is kind, and a pleasure to spend time with. He is my realtor for life.

    Matt is a very friendly and knowledgeable realtor. He helped us sell our family home after our parents passed away. This is the second time he sold a home for one of us. After his great help in selling the first one, which had many unusual circumstances, there was no question we would hire him to sell this home.Matt guided us through the process, giving us many great suggestions including having an inspector check out the house before we put it on the market to see if anything needed repair. He went over and above to help us every step of the way. When we needed to meet with contractors, Matt was always there to help and answer questions.
